Quick and easy homemade ice-cream. Add ingredients into the stainless steel bowl, place the bowl in the center of the bucket, add ice and rock salt around the bucket, snap the 80 watt motor and plug it in. There are no buttons on this machine. You plug the motor into the outlet and it starts...when it stops or nearly stops your ice-cream in done. It's that simple.
